With all the talk, at the end of the day, how do we ensure all goes well for our client? None other than getting the clients rate us as they actually rate when the ordered medical related products or services are delivered to them !!  Yes, we open ourselves to be rated by our clients NOT ONCE EVERY YEAR, NOR ONCE EVERY NOW AND THEN, BUT, we get our clients to rate us in our Delivery Order (DO) document on EVERY - EACH DELIVERY we made !!.  Indeed, a bold and daring move towards ensuring we are always alert in meeting the clients' every expectations.  This is how we differentiate ourselves in the market.  See below for a sample on our efforts in preserving the quality of our performance and services to our clients.

As part of our After Sales Services, it is imperative that we are easily contactable 24-7 by our clients, especially to inform us on problems to our installed or supplied medical related products or services.  We can be contacted through our Mobile Number either direct call, SMS, Skpye and even via WhatsApp.  Alternatively our office telephone system accepts Message Recording after office operating hours.  During office hours, we have dedicated person to always pickup our calls and records it in our email for our attention in case we are not available at that moment to pickup the calls. As other options, the usual communication via email and fax can be alternatively used.  Our faxes are automatically transferred to our email which we can view through our mobile phones !!  With the availability of  all these communication channels, certainly it is no excuse  for us not being able to be contacted in reasonably quite instantly.  It is designed to ensure your request for any of our After Sales Services are attended to accordingly.

 

In short, we go all the way to ensure we serve you well ; in line with one of our Q.U.E.S.T mission statement that all matters are treated with URGENCY as mark of importance.
