Farzim Medicare is supported by experienced and dedicated team that are able to work together with the clients to provide the best solution for the clients’ needs.
In addition to this, Farzim Medicare was supported by its in-house Medical Technical Advisor, Dr Abd Hadi Bin Abdullah MBBS (Uni.Malaya), FRCS(PI) (Glasgow), a physician consultant that had over 50 years of medical practicing experience at government hospitals and private institutions. An active volunteer in prominent NGOs in Malaysia as well as in UK. Dr Hadi also known as “Doctor Astro” as he appeared in several series of television show under Astro Awani TV for the GAYA HIDUP SEHAT program in 2010. Sadly, Dr Abd Hadi had passed away in Oct 2018. He is forever dearly missed by wife, children, brothers sisters, close family, friends and of course by all of us at FARZIM MEDICARE ............AL FATIHAH.

As CREDIBILITY is outmost important in sustaining the business especially for its highly regulated medical business, Farzim Medicare has placed its efforts towards full and continuous compliance to the requirements set by the MEDICAL DEVICE AUTHORITY (MDA) of the Health Ministry of Malaysia.
Farzim Medicare is committed to ensure full compliance status is continuously achieved, including the certification on the GDPMD i.e. Good Distribution Practice for Medical Device the quality management system with similar features as ISO but specifically imposed under the law - Act737 : 2012 for handling the distribution of medical devices.
Farzim Medicare regards the MDA COMPLIANT concept, the GDPMD requirements and the eventual mandatory adherence is closely connected and in line with its corporate vision and mission.

The company was founded by Puan Kintan Astar. Initially operated in its early days as First And Red Zone Instrument Malaysia (abbreviated as F-A-R-Z-I-M) which later incorporated on 27th July, 2009 as a “Sendirian Berhad” (Private Limited) company (or in-short as Sdn Bhd) and added MEDICARE to the abbreviation allowing the company to explore specific opportunities in the medical market in Malaysia.
The company in growing from strength to strength, in 2013 introduced advance product lines which is part of rebranding of the company when the company joined the Dun-ya Commerce (DC) group.
In 2015, under its FIRST AND RED ZONE INSTRUMENT Division, the company also actively involved in technology based projects such as Information and Communication Technology including in ICT infrastructure design and implementation which also covers Hospital Information Systems, working with its affiliate company NAFA TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD as the frontline company for the projects.
Farzim Medicare offers product lines that consists of a range of technology and ICT based and medical related product brands and services. Since its incorporation in 2009, under its MEDICAL division, the company is actively providing medical and healthcare products to private hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, manufacturing industries as well as directly to end users.
Farzim Medicare focuses its business presence in the government sector, particularly in the public hospitals, clinics, educational institutions, enforcement organizations and other public establishments which require technology and ICT based products and medical related range of products and services.
Our vision is to become a leading and successful entity that offers effective solutions to its clients. We envisage to be the preferred supplier in Malaysia that provides quality products and excellent services to all its customers and business partners. Farzim Medicare hopes to not only market its products but also produces its own range supported through smart partnership with global technology holders.
